In less than one month, Tenderly, I am Devoured will be on bookshelves all around the world. I am completely overwhelmed by all the love, excitement, and support you have shown for this story. This is a book which I almost never wrote, an idea that came to me at the lowest point of my author career. I’m so glad I didn’t give up, and I’m so excited to share it with you all very soon.
Here’s a guide to all the gorgeous editions, which you can find links to preorder here:
And now, I can finally spill the many secrets I have been keeping over the past months!
Tenderly, I am Devoured themed candles!
Wick Wish have created these beautiful candles and wax melts, which are available to preorder now. They’re so gorgeous and smell like a field of wildflowers beside a summer ocean. If you’re a fan of bookish candles you should definitely get one (or several), perfect for lighting as you read and annotate Tenderly, I am Devoured.
Tenderly, I am Devoured is an Indie Next pick!
I am thrilled to share that Devoured has been chosen as a July/August Indie Next pick by the American Association of Booksellers. I am so passionate about indie booksellers and the amazing work they do, and endlessly grateful for the support they have shown me and my books. It means so much, particularly as an author who lives on the other side of the world!
If you were looking for an indie bookstore to support, I highly recommend The New Romantics and Underbrush Books, both who have special preorder goodies for Tenderly, I am Devoured.
International Preorder Campaign
If you have preordered (or library requested) Tenderly, I am Devoured from anywhere, please submit your details for my International Preorder Campaign! I have such cute swag and I’d love to send it to you~
Launch events to celebrate my book release!
I have some very fun virtual & in-person events planned and I would love you to join me!
I’ll be taking part in Penguin Fantasy Fest this July! I’m headed to Sydney and Melbourne with some amazing authors to share about writer life, fantasy books, and maybe if I would marry a kissable swan god to save my family from ruin? If you’re in the area, I’d love to see you there.
And for my Adelaide readers, please come and celebrate with me at Dymocks on July 10th! I’ll be in conversation with Margot McGovern, who is one of my favourite Australian authors. You can find the details here, along with information about all my other events (both virtual and in person).
Life lately has been truly chaotic, but as a final note here’s some things I am loving:
- the In the Meadow podcast
- updating my wardrobe with cosy new sweaters for Australian winter
- this playlist for a secret something I am working on
- taking the threads app off my phone (cannot recommend enough)
- playing Diablo 4
- keeping a stack of poetry books on my desk for inspiration
Love forever, and see you next month for release day (eep) xx
